COOKING BABY BACK RIBS ON THE ALL SEASONS INDOOR ELECTRIC GRILL
It’s terribly hot and muggy outside and you are not in the mood to fire up your smoker nor cook your rack of ribs on the gas grill. For one, the smoker will require more coals about half way through. As a result, you won’t get a pleasant smoke flavor from the hickory you may have added, instead an unpleasant taste from the smoke of the coal briquettes, particularly if you use self-starting ones. In addition, the meat will most likely be dehydrated even with the drip pan full of water. As for the gas grill, if your ribs are not completely wrapped in aluminum foil, in no time, the oil drippings will ignite and engulf them in flames. Your option: to sit by the grill for a couple of hours to monitor any flare-ups. There is still the option of cooking the ribs in the oven. Until I discovered the All Seasons smokeless indoor-outdoor electric grill, this was my favorite way to cook them. I would place the ribs on aluminum foil, season them with a good portion of the spice tray, smother them with BBQ sauce, pour a bottle of dark beer on top, wrap the foil tightly, placed them on a cooking sheet and ignore them for 3 hours in the oven at 300°. The result was always the same: succulent, tender, falling off the bones ribs. One problem though, the oven heat. With the All Seasons smokeless indoor-outdoor electric grill, I prepare the ribs exactly the same way as the oven method. I place the wrapped ribs on the grate and cook them for 3 hours on a very low heat setting (3 lights). The result is the same, except that the All Seasons grill only consumes 11 amps, which is less then most electric skillets. In other words, virtually no electricity and no heat. It’s by far the most economical way to cook. If you want to give the ribs a little char color, you can place them directly on the grate and cook for a few more minutes. The beauty of this grill is that the drippings fall onto the drip pan without smoking or igniting. The All Seasons grill is by far the most economical, healthy and easy way to grill inside or out. Best yet, the non-stick grate and drip pan are dishwasher safe. No mess to clean, no coals or gas to buy, no smoke, no carcinogens, the All Seasons smokeless grill is truly revolutionary.
