COOKING BABY BACK RIBS ON THE ALL SEASONS INDOOR ELECTRIC GRILL
It’s terribly hot and muggy outside and you are not in the mood to fire up your smoker nor cook your rack of ribs on the gas grill. For one, the smoker will require more coals about half way through. As a result, you won’t get a pleasant smoke flavor from the hickory you may have added, instead an unpleasant taste from the smoke of the coal briquettes, particularly if you use self-starting ones. In addition, the meat will most likely be dehydrated even with the drip pan full of water. As for the gas grill, if your ribs are not completely wrapped in aluminum foil, in no time, the oil drippings will ignite and engulf them in flames. Your option: to sit by the grill for a couple of hours to monitor any flare-ups. There is still the option of cooking the ribs in the oven. Until I discovered the All Seasons smokeless indoor-outdoor electric grill, this was my favorite way to cook them. I would place the ribs on aluminum foil, season them with a good portion of the spice tray, smother them with BBQ sauce, pour a bottle of dark beer on top, wrap the foil tightly, placed them on a cooking sheet and ignore them for 3 hours in the oven at 300°. The result was always the same: succulent, tender, falling off the bones ribs. One problem though, the oven heat. With the All Seasons smokeless indoor-outdoor electric grill, I prepare the ribs exactly the same way as the oven method. I place the wrapped ribs on the grate and cook them for 3 hours on a very low heat setting (3 lights). The result is the same, except that the All Seasons grill only consumes 11 amps, which is less then most electric skillets. In other words, virtually no electricity and no heat. It’s by far the most economical way to cook. If you want to give the ribs a little char color, you can place them directly on the grate and cook for a few more minutes. The beauty of this grill is that the drippings fall onto the drip pan without smoking or igniting. The All Seasons grill is by far the most economical, healthy and easy way to grill inside or out. Best yet, the non-stick grate and drip pan are dishwasher safe. No mess to clean, no coals or gas to buy, no smoke, no carcinogens, the All Seasons smokeless grill is truly revolutionary.

TESTIMONIAL FOR THE AMAZING SMOKELESS ALL SEASONS ELECTRIC GRILL
Dear Dominique,
I cannot thank you enough for introducing me to the' All Seasons Grill'. We entertain frequently with our business and this little wizard of a grill has become invaluable. No more running out of gas during a cookout and no more carcinogens. We love how the All Season Grill cooks inside or outside without the mess, and we lovehealthy grilled vegetables. I'm here to say that no grill I have ever had keeps the moisture in vegetables like this grill. The other night we sliced zucchinis about 1/2 inch thick length wise, then marinated them in olive oil and soy sauce. After grilling on each side for a few minutes, we sprinkled some parmesan cheese, and everyone raved on how moist and flavorful they were. They thought it was me .... but it was the grill!
We truly love this amazingly tough built, take anywhere, grill that cooks burgers, chicken, steaks, and vegetables to perfection in a healthy way.
Forever Appreciative

GRILLED STEAK WITH HOLLANDAISE SAUCE RECIPE
Thanks to the All Seasons smokeless electric grill, cooking a delicious steak indoor or outdoor has never been so easy.
First the steak:
- Ask your butcher for a sirloin cut 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick.
- Seasons with salt, pepper, garlic powder or crushed garlic. Rub fresh basil and parsley if you have time.
- Allow 30 minutes for the salt to melt and penetrate prior to grilling.
- Using an Americraft waterless pan, mix one stick of butter with 3 tablespoon of lemon juice. Heat on low (3 to 4 setting) whyle slowly turning the butter with a wisker.
- Once melted, add 3 egg yolks and mix rapidly until smooth. Continue to mix until sauce thickens (about 5 minutes).
- Immediately pour into a bowl.
- Caution: If you overheat, the mixture will separate. However, due to the special design and multiple metal plies of the Americraft pans, heat is evenly distributed such that this sauce can be made quickly without the use of a double boiler.
- For a Bernaise sauce, add tarragon and chervil or parsley.
Put steaks on grate and cook 5 to 8 minutes on each side with the lid down. Voila.
The beauty of the All Seasons grill is that you can cook indoor or outdoor without the danger of flames or smoke. And better yet, the grate and drip pan go right in the dishwasher when you are done. No gas tank to refill, no mess, no carcinogenic smoke; just delicious flavors every time.

MUTINY ON THE BOUNTY
A friend of mine has a beautiful yacht in Florida. Recently he shared an event which occurred on board. Actually it happened when he returned from a trip and wanted to take his All Seasons Grill with him back to the house. Mind you, this gentleman has many gas grills of all sizes on his pool veranda. But ever since he discovered the All Seasons Grill, he has not touched the others. They have been relegated to dinosaurs status or at best museum pieces.
The yacht was originally equipped with an electric grill on the top deck. However, when oil drippings or grease touched the exposed heating elements, smoke and flames would ensue. In addition, it drew way too many amps, requiring the second generator to come on line, particularly if someone was using the oven in the kitchen below with washers and dryers running.
The All Seasons Grill only uses 11 amps, which is less than most electrical skillets. And it doesn't smoke. In addition, the non-stick grate and disposable drip pan are easily removed and are dish washer safe.
Built tough in the USA, the All Seasons Grill meets UL outdoors and Boat & Yacht Council Standards. In fact the grill will outlast both of us and probably our grand children.
The mutiny was instigated by the yacht captain. Yes indeed. He instructed the admiral, (my friend), that in no way he was authorized to remove the All Seasons Grill from the yacht. Plain and simple or the captain was out of there. The reason was obvious, the ease of cleaning, the unique fire prevention safety features, the absence of smoke and flames and the perfect transfer of heat across the entire surface of the grate made the crew's life immensely simpler and the guests happy.
Now, you must understand that mutiny is a serious matter, worthy of thoughtful consideration. After all, the moral of the crew and passengers could be in jeopardy, not to mention the safety of the boat.
Needless to say, the admiral made a very wise decision that day: The captain is still the captain and the All Seasons Grill is still top side.

SMOKELESS INDOOR GRILLING DOESN’T GET ANY BETTER
For the past week we have been pounded by relentless rain in Central Florida. Daytona Beach is completely flooded; and as I am writing this, another tropical wave is hitting us. Down right depressing: A tropical depression in May; unbelievable. More rain has fallen this week than what we received from all the hurricanes in 2004.
With rotten weather like this, who wants to grill outside, who wants to go out for dinner?
Precisely why I switched to the All Seasons Grill. No smoke, the non stick grate and drip pan go right in the dishwasher, it consumes 11 amps of electricity, (which is less than most electric griddle) and it cooks to perfection every time.
Here is an easy combo for you: Steak and shrimp.
First smother the steaks with your favorite spices: sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, fresh basil and parsley and a touch of blackened spice. Then press ground coffee beans on both sides. Let stand for 30 minutes to an hour.
In a bowl mix cleaned shrimp with olive oil, salt, pepper and your favorite blackened spice or lemon pepper combo; and sliced yellow squash and red or yellow peppers.
Press the ceramic heat panel of the All Seasons grill to nearly full heat and add water to the drip pan (1/2 cup). Wait 7 or so minutes and put the steaks on. Close the lid and let grill for 5 minutes (rare), 2 to 3 minutes more for medium.
By now, you should be on your second glass of merlot, cab or white wine.
Flip steaks and add shrimps and vegetables. Close lids for 3 minutes, then flip shrimps and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes. Remove shrimps and turn grill off, leaving steak and veggies to cook for another 2 or more minutes depending on how you like your steak.
Nibble on the appetizing shrimp while getting the rest of dinner to the dining table. A Caesar salad and French bread would complement the steaks well; so would mushrooms.
Enjoy

FINALLY A PORTABLE ELECTRIC GRILL FOR RV TRAVELERS
TESTIMONIAL FROM A HAPPY RV TRAVELER
I want to express to you our total satisfaction with the Kenyon Grill and congratulate you for creating a truly remarkable and superior product.
Prior to getting your grill, we had purchased three different portable barbeques for our RV and were so disappointed with them we actually gave all of them away. They were slow to cook, took up space in our storage bays and were difficult to set up and put away. Needless to say, they hardly ever got used.
We have been using our Kenyon grill aboard our 42’ American Eagle since January 2008 and would never want to part with it. It is one of the highlights of our “coach tours” when we have guests aboard. We tell them how perfect it is as a grill or a griddle and then show them how it comes apart for easy cleaning. The fact that we can grill steaks and seafood inside our coach (without any smoke or flame) during inclement weather or even while we are underway leaves everybody wanting one for their own coach.
I must say, until we cooked our first steak on the Kenyon Grill we really didn’t appreciate what a difference it makes, however once we experienced it we would not want to grill any other way. It’s fast and produces the best flavor in whatever you’re preparing.
I would recommend this grill to anybody that owns a coach !
Best Regards;
Rod Knight
